“Pobyt 3 dniowy był wspaniały, znakomicie nas zrelaksował po trudach wędrówki po górach.”
The service was excellent, the kitchen superb, the treatments and peace were great. Foot reflexology by Ms. Justyna and a massage by Ms. Karolina were wonderful!
The location deep in the forest on a mountain clearing was fantastic – silence, calm, clean air. The hotel is new, clean, and beautifully equipped. The staff were pleasant, both at the front desk and the kitchen. I chose this hotel mainly for the pool, but the water turned out to be cold and that should be highlighted in the listing because not everyone enjoys cold swimming. Another downside is the limited vegetable selection and no fruit at breakfast, plus no hot black tea or fresh fruit juices. The hotel focuses on renewal and health, yet it serves battered fish (why not baked?) and pork dishes (where are the white meats or legumes?), showing a mismatch in menu choices.
Breakfast was excellent, the location lets you escape the noise, the mountain views from the window are beautiful, and the staff was great. Everything else was fine.
The room was large, the bed comfortable, the pool available, it was quiet, and the balcony view was nice.
“Miejsce z potencjałem, po uwzględnieniu uwag”
We were happy with our stay and will return. We hope our comments inspire the hotel rather than serve as complaints. We give it a 6/10 because the hotel aims for luxury status but the price doesn’t match that ambition. We trust that on our next visit we’ll rate it a 10. The room was spacious with a beautiful view and comfortable beds. The bathroom was comfortable, yet the toiletries were very sparse—no shampoo, the soap wasn’t replenished, towels weren’t replaced, only one towel per person, and there was no way to hang a wet towel or other items after the pool. The lack of a mirror in the room isn’t a major flaw, but a small addition would complete the experience. Cleanliness and quietness were undeniable strengths. The biggest flaw was the misinformation about a restaurant on the premises; there is only a dining area. If we expect a variety of meals throughout the day, we’ll be disappointed. Breakfast was a very modest buffet with white cheese, cold cuts, bread, jam, and a jar of pickles. Portions were minimal, no hot breakfast items, and vegans or gluten‑free guests were left with only white cheese. Fruits, fresh vegetables, salads, and pastries were missing. The product quality was high, not supermarket fare, and their regional character should be highlighted, but the presentation and serving could improve. It’s a pity that the Honey Clinic offers only one bowl of honey in the breakfast menu. Other meal options remain a mystery. We were told there were no details on lunch or dinner availability, times, or choices. We used the lunch‑dinner package, which turned out to be a single set (soup, main course, dessert) that we couldn’t influence. The kitchen prepares one dish. It’s worth asking in advance what will be served, because our preferences might not match the kitchen’s offerings and we could end up hungry (a small bowl, barley with goulash, gingerbread with grated apple in a cup for 120 zł). There was no option to drink juice, coffee, or other beverages during the day because it is a restaurant.
