The location was fine. I paid through Booking and when I arrived the hotel had no record of my reservation, they gave me a different room with no information, then blocked me from that room several times and still charged me for consumption.

The hotel itself was perfect. The host was a terrible greeter; we were fine the first night, but the next day he entered our room without permission and took all the blankets, leaving only the bed sheet. He said it wasn’t part of the accommodation and I wasn’t told this when I booked.

The hotel was comfortable and well‑located. The hotel wasn’t informed of my reservation; the flat owner used his own name on the booking. I waited about 40 minutes for the issue to be resolved.
