I booked the hotel for 71 € but paid 82 €; I want a refund or a credit on my next reservation; I want the stated price to be honored and no more.

The bed was comfortable, but I had to make a list: the reception guy took a long time to check me in; the room I was given had no Wi‑Fi and no solution was offered; the included breakfast was at another location and should have been specified; the reception staff were very unfriendly; the shower had no door; the TV was decorative because the cables didn’t work; I could continue, but I think that’s enough.

The bed sheet was dirty, the room was very small, it was very noisy from outside, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

“Good location”

The spot was spot-on, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, with a polite tone. The breakfast selection was solid, but the room was cramped, making it impossible to open my luggage.

“Decepcionante”

Lo único bueno es la ubicación y nada más. La relación calidad‑precio estaba muy por debajo de lo esperado; la habitación improvisada sin ascensor parecía un escondite secreto en lo alto del edificio, las toallas curtidas lejos de ser blancas, el baño sin limpiar con pelos por todas partes y la cama de 1,35 cm con nórdico de 90 cm, muy mal😠. Menos mal que solo reservamos una noche. El desayuno era lo mismo, todo muy por debajo de lo esperado en una ciudad como Estambul. Pagar 72 € la noche es un despropósito.
