The location was excellent, the staff were very attentive, and the rooms were well appointed.

The place was very clean, towels were changed often, fruit was available, they left 4 bottles of water in the room, breakfast was good, and the service was very pleasant, but the mattress was too soft and the room and bed felt a bit small.

Hotelul este foarte bine pozitionat, aproape de Paddington Station si chiar langa Marble Arch pentru metrou. Desi nu a fost cazul fiind toamna faptul ca are aer conditionat este un mare bonus. Micul dejun a fost ok. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil si am apreciat enorm faptul ca m-au lasat in camera mai devreme de ora 15.00 cand se face check-inul in mod normal
