The place is in a great spot. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless.

The breakfast was very good, offering something for everyone. The room was adequate and clean, though the bathroom could be a bit larger. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was wonderful, right on the lake and close to the city center, absolutely perfect. Parking was a bit inconvenient, with too few spots available; you had to park on the street or pay for another lot. A hotel should provide a parking space for guests. The rooftop pool wasn’t very clean, so we didn’t use it.

The location is special, just 50 metres to the pedestrian zone, directly on the lake. The hotel itself impresses with its position. The room was very comfortable, the beds 1a. No noise disturbance was noticed. The breakfast was extraordinary. The only issue: one curtain had fallen off one end and hung down, looking unsightly.

The location is great, and the staff are very nice. The garage is a drawback.

I arrived early and the room was ready – a nice bonus. The location is right on the lake front with a short walk into Bardolino. I loved the private garden by the lake with waiter service – such luxury! The room was lovely with a large balcony. Breakfast was amazing – the egg station was a hit. I also had lunch once or twice – again very good. The staff were friendly and easy‑going.
