The hotel sits just 2.2 km from Medanta, but the experience was awful: I arrived around 11 PM and had to change rooms three times because of various problems, which was unacceptable after a long trip. The linen was filthy and the bedsheets were ripped. Service was virtually nonexistent—everything was self‑serve. The toilet flush didn’t work, the faucet was broken, and the exhaust fan was dead. The TV unit was taken apart and unusable. Even though the booking clearly listed breakfast as included, the staff refused to provide it, claiming they hadn’t received payment. They were also rude and unhelpful in trying to fix the issues. Overall, the stay was deeply disappointing and below any reasonable standard. Not recommended.

Nothing about this place is good; the staff are unhelpful, there are no basic amenities like food or even emergency medical aid, and the hosts refuse to cooperate, simply saying they don’t know anything. The AC leaks water, the hygiene is the worst I’ve ever seen on my travels, and my friend got an infection from the dirty washrooms. Don’t stay here and, if possible, block this property from bookings.
