“Amazing view with a sweet cat-part of the package.”

The resident cat made our stay lovely; she's very sweet, and there's also a resident dog. I recommend this place if you want a spectacular view. The room is nice, the stairs are steep but manageable if you're young and healthy, and you’ll love the place. If you book, bring some food for the sweet girl, Tinka, like canned Filipino sardines. I was so sad to leave her. We miss her. Bye Tinka.

The view was good, but power outages, the manager’s lack of professionalism, and the equipment were disappointing.

The view, staff, location, and garden were great, but the place was dirty, noisy early, and the stairs to go up were a problem; I wouldn’t recommend it for people who aren’t physically fit.

We stayed three nights at Evergreen Bayview. It was fantastic. The owner is kind and helpful. Treat yourself to the small terrace, enjoy a beer or soda, and take in the bay view—especially at sunset. Booking a scooter to explore nearby waterfalls and beaches is convenient, and there’s a small parking area for them by the road. Evergreen Bayview feels like a little oasis.
