On the third floor, a terrible odor hit me immediately, and the pillows had a dirty smell; overall, the cleanliness and scent were unacceptable.

This hotel is the worst I’ve ever seen in America; the management was incredibly rude and even barged into my room at 10:58 after I had checked out at the scheduled 11:00.

The room door lock would not work properly. It would work sometimes and other times it wouldn’t. I felt like the staff didn’t believe me so I asked them to see for themselves. Once they saw that it wouldn’t work properly they had maintenance come to fix it. The maintenance man said he couldn’t fix it and to keep trying each time I needed to get into my room until it worked. Very frustrating!! The pillows were flat as pancakes. No hair dryer in the room. You could get one from the front desk but had to return it immediately after use because they only had a few. No refrigerator. For the price of the room you’d think they would have a refrigerator. Floors were nasty! Dingy old towels. Stale coffee in the lobby. Very thin walls. You can hear complete conversation s from the room next door. Our dog barked once because people were being loud in the hallway and the room next door. The person next door called the front desk to complain about our dog and we heard the whole conversation. The front desk called and told us to get our dog under control. Hotel was VERY dated, dingy and nasty. VERY dissatisfied!!!
