I received the superior room, which I don’t think matched the price I paid, but it was a last‑minute booking. I’d probably pay £130‑£150 next time. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the little treats were a nice touch. The location is great for an Arsenal game and just minutes from Finsbury Park tube station. I’ve stayed here before and would definitely return. Rami provided all the info I needed and was just a call away for any issues—he’s a lovely guy and deserves credit. Last time he even took time to chat with me, which is what makes a decent hotel: face‑to‑face service. Nothing else really—just a lamp is needed in the bedroom.

“Convenient accomodation in London”

First priority: Naim, the house manager—he’s great and always helpful. Second: the location, close to Stansted and easy to the centre via Victoria and Piccadilly lines. Third: the price is reasonable. Fourth: the shared kitchen and laundry are nice extras. On the downside: the room is tiny—no space for a real desk or sink (the smallest I’ve seen). There’s some creaking in the corridor, and opening the window can let in strong smells like smoke or curry.

“Short stay in London”

Check‑in and check‑out were easy, the venue is nearby, and snacks are free. The bathroom has a bad smell, and the room is very small (4 square meters).
