We couldn’t stay because the hotel didn’t honor the rate I booked through the app, even though the room was reserved six months ahead; the front‑desk staff were rude, refused to get a manager, and spoke to me like I was stupid.

The room layout was great, it was clean, comfortable, and the temperature control worked well. It would be nice to have two glasses in each room; I had to go to the bar to borrow glasses and had some trouble initially.

From check‑in onward the hotel was clean, the bathroom was immaculate, and all common areas were well maintained. I had one disappointing experience: a housekeeping staff member was not welcoming when I asked for extra towels, seemed unpleasant, and did not respond in a friendly or courteous manner; a simple smile and a more positive attitude would have made a big difference.
