The location was cozy and central, with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere; the allergy‑friendly environment was crucial for a cat‑super‑allergist like me, and the quick room change avoided stairs—great. The TV was a bit technically confusing to operate.

We could sleep together in a family room, but it was on the second floor without an elevator; I was on crutches with a broken foot and had to be carried by others, which was a hassle. I didn't like the Buddha statues and pictures, not my taste, and it was the only family room available, which he regretted, yet everything worked out.
