Everything except the points listed below; most staff were friendly and professional, yet we noticed the spa reception could be more cheerful and the young women at the indoor bar during the day were below the hotel’s standard, seeming annoyed at the slightest inconvenience and uncomfortable preparing drinks, which made us reluctant to return—more professional and motivated staff would improve the guest experience and increase revenue.

I'm a bit of a breakfast skeptic, so we usually skip the morning meal and opt for lunch and dinner at the on-site restaurants instead. However, our stay wasn't without its hiccups - we were initially moved to a different apartment due to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, but the reception staff efficiently resolved the issue. Unfortunately, our second apartment had a faulty toaster that kept tripping the circuit, which was promptly replaced.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel that boasted an excellent location, but unfortunately, it fell short in many other areas. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a pleasant surprise. However, upon entering my room, I was disappointed to find that it lacked sufficient storage space, making it difficult to organize my belongings.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. However, my experience was marred by an unpleasant encounter with the staff, who seemed to be suffering from an attitude problem. The room itself was quite pleasant, but unfortunately, it had a strong lingering odor that was difficult to get rid of. To make matters worse, the safe in my room was not functioning properly, which made me feel a bit uneasy.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's stunning ocean views, its convenient location, and the enormous bed in my room. However, I did notice that the hotel's speedy check-in process was a definite plus.
