I liked everything, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

The place itself is very pretty, and they apparently have a great restaurant that I couldn't try because of the staff’s attitude. Unfortunately, as soon as we arrived I felt like we were interrupting whoever was receiving us, whether it was the owner, host or someone else. There was no chance to explain the facilities, features or program offering. They didn’t even tell us that, as guests, we could walk inside the restaurant if we wanted to eat there. When we tried to have lunch, the staff kept chatting; they never asked if we wanted to order anything or approached us. Note that there was no one else, no other occupied table. At night, when we arrived, because we evidently didn’t stay to eat, we didn’t know there was access inside while it was raining… I want to highlight the waitress’s friendliness who explained and guided us. I had been highly recommended to this place, came with high expectations, and it was a shame.

The dinner was excellent, a perfect French touch, but the breakfast was poor and austere.

Everything was great, nothing negative.

It’s okay, a bit pricey for what it offers. The best part is the room, the setting is pleasant. I was surprised that because there was no cleaning or room service, the room didn’t have cutlery, and especially in Chile there was no way to open a wine bottle. There was no corkscrew or how to request one. Even if you didn’t bring water and arrived after the restaurant closed, there’s no water in the fridge for consumption and you can’t buy it. The fridge was completely empty. The Maipo drawer is very nice. I went to this hotel thinking it was among the best there. It was weak overall.
