There was rust in the shower, the hot tub was broken and tarped off with rocks, the pool area leaked from the ceiling into the pool, and the hot staff tried to enter our room at 9 am when check‑out was 11 am while my daughter and I were asleep.

Absolutely NOTHING! We had no housekeeping services the entire week we were there, which was the absolute WORST—very, very, very poor. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly staff helped us secure a room after we were evacuated from our home, but the room itself was dirty, infested with bed bugs, and the hotel couldn't move us to another room because it was full. Now I'm battling to get a refund and they even tried to double‑charge me for all the nights I requested to be refunded.
