The hotel's proximity to Núi Sam and Miếu Bà was a major plus, and the facilities were decent. However, the cleanliness of the room was a letdown - I stayed for three days and didn't see the staff come in to clean or change the linens once, which was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, it's a shame because the location is great, but the hotel could improve on its housekeeping.

The hotel's cleanliness and spacious rooms were definite highlights, but the old air conditioning unit was a major letdown. Despite opening the window and using a fan, the room still felt sweltering. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made up for some of the discomfort. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the AC issue was a real problem.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but things started to go downhill from the moment I arrived. I'd booked through a popular platform, but when I got to the hotel, the staff were insisting that I pay an extra 10% on top of the price I'd already paid. The receptionist seemed completely clueless and was being really rude, which made things even more frustrating.
