Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The room smelled strongly of tobacco, which was a major issue for me since I had booked a non-smoking room. The rooms were also extremely small, making it difficult to move around. To make matters worse, the hotel claimed to be a 4-star establishment without an elevator, and the receptionist was unable to assist us with our luggage.
