The fact that the place is super kid‑friendly and the staff are all super attentive 5* made my trip great. The hotel is right near the city centre, so a car isn’t necessary. Both the spa and the outdoor pool are top quality. Breakfast and lunch are very varied, catering to all tastes and ages.

The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and just a short distance from the amusement and water parks. The catering staff had only one courteous person, while the front‑desk team were flawless both on arrival and departure. The hotel facilities are decent, but the spa is disappointing – it’s tiny and many of the jet controls are broken or don’t work.

I liked the location and the room’s space. When we arrived we found only one light in the bathroom, the toilet was broken, and the shower head was clogged. The windows were very dirty and seemed to need cleaning in my opinion.
