The front desk people were very friendly, but we were traveling with three young kids and the pool is what I look for when booking a hotel; we spent six hours in the car that day trying to find a way to let the kids off their energy, only to discover the pool was closed due to construction and no discount was offered. Also, the curtain rod in the bathroom sagged, so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed during a shower.

The spot is pretty good, but checking in was a hassle— they tried to double‑charge me. Without proof of payment, they probably wouldn’t have let me stay.

Nice area close to stores and restaurants. Our room was very clean and comfortable, but having to pay for coffee was a let‑down—I missed the hotel info. The place is under redo, but it will be great when finished.

Location good and I didn’t eat there. The sink in the bathroom drained very slowly; it was under construction and I wasn’t aware of that.
