The room itself was spotless and had everything I needed, except for a washing machine, which wasn't a huge issue for a two-week stay.

“Disappointment!”
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even if it's not near to the central seoul attractions, it's well communicated with a subway and bus stop in front of the main door. I booked a twin double bed room for a four people family but the room had a double and a single bed. When we complained about this with the front desk, they weren't helpful and in the end told us to send our complaint to . In the end we had 5 night uncomfortable stay. This kind of behavior is not expected for a 4-star hotel, total disappointment, if the room description was well detailed, for sure I wouldn't have booked this hotel

On the other hand, the sixth floor’s washer and dryer performed far worse than those on the eleventh floor, felt damp and reduced comfort, and the refrigerator broke as soon as I entered the room, suggesting a lack of pre‑arrival checks; the bathroom also seemed to need anti‑slip treatment.
