The place had a great location, a wonderfully designed room that was clean, bright, with parquet flooring, air‑conditioning, and large windows; breakfast was wonderful and the reception and dining staff provided excellent service, especially the lovely blonde woman with blue eyes for her patience, thoughtfulness, and goodwill, while the rest of the reception team knew and explained everything needed. The only downside was that the building next to the hotel was a large office block, so that view from the room was a bit disappointing, but the dining room offered a charming view of the beautiful Munich street.
