Parking wasn’t to my liking.
“Very comfortable stay”
The location was good, and there were no negatives.
“I will stay here again in a heartbeat”
Everything was perfect, nothing was lacking.
“Excellent”
It was very nice, clean and comfortable
“Unauthorized entry into my room despite a Do Not Disturb sign, shifting excuses, no accountability, and unclean HVAC uni”
The location was fairly convenient, but the biggest problem was that staff entered my room even though I had a Do Not Disturb sign on while I was away. No housekeeping took place, yet my room was still accessed, which is a clear breach of privacy and hotel rules. Instead of taking full responsibility, the responses I received were shifting and inconsistent explanations. I only managed to speak with the General Manager, who was courteous and respectful, and I appreciate that, but politeness is not the same as handling the situation properly. Even after I reported that my ring was missing and said I was still figuring out what else had been taken because several belongings had been moved, I was later told there was “nothing to report as specifically missing at this time.” That was hard to accept since I had already identified a missing item and needed more time to inventory accurately. When I called again to say the AirTag from the missing item was still showing as on the hotel property and asked for it to be addressed, I was told it would not be handled until the next day. I understand one person can’t handle everything alone, but being transferred repeatedly, sometimes mid‑sentence without even being told who I was speaking with, only added to my frustration and made it feel like no one was taking ownership. To make matters worse, my missing bag still hasn’t been recovered.
