It’s a decent place, though not old, it was already showing signs of age but remained clean. The finishings could be upgraded.

The place was clean and located 30 mi from Acadia National Park. However, there was no elevator to our second‑floor room, which was tough with heavy suitcases and a bad back, and the breakfast was terrible—eggs were awful and the bread had mold.
