“Rude, hostile and aggressive owners that abuse the guests”
We were treated with the absolute worst service from the hotel’s management, worse than anything we've encountered in over 120 countries. The owners let their son’s scout troop cook dinner for outside guests in the hotel restaurant kitchen, ignoring health regulations. While the hotel chef was preparing our food, a group of boys came in and out of the kitchen, creating an unhygienic and disruptive environment in the dining area. It was utterly outrageous. When we told the owners about it, they were rude and angry that we had filmed a video to give to the Health Department. They never apologized, only offering excuses that they hadn’t done anything wrong. Stay far away from this place. The rooms are tired and dated, and the property feels more like a care home than a guest house. It was oddly empty for most of our stay, making us wonder how it even operates. The owners run it like a private club, showing no concern for real guests. Overall, a bizarre and unwelcome experience.
