Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, with a privileged view of the mountains. Attention to small details is impressive, and the staff were all very attentive, especially Ivonne who welcomed us and was extremely friendly. We hope to return soon!

The hotel is beautiful and everything around is amazing! The staff are great, with many Slovak employees. The room was unbearably hot and the heating couldn’t be turned off. There was no air conditioning.

The surroundings were beautiful, the ski lift was close by, the staff were friendly, the wellness area was great, and the food was excellent. I have no complaints.
