“Posizione eccezionale”
The location was good, but work is needed to improve the comfort.
The location was extremely central, the staff were courteous and always available, and the place offered all the necessary services and comforts; I give it 8 because there are only a few small things that need fixing or renovating.

The location is great. Even though the room was advertised as having a balcony, there was none. I was given a ground‑floor room that looked almost like an old garage, with cars parked on the rear side and constant noise; on the front side the hotel lobby let in almost everything. Resting was impossible and there was zero privacy. Sound leaked from inside and outside. There were exposed electrical wires and overall little attention to detail. For over 130€ a night (single use) I expected so much more.
