“Tipico hotel romagnolo, ottima posizione e colazione super...ma un po' caro!”

This is a typical and traditional Romagnolo hotel, just a short walk from the sea and on the main street of Gatteo. The breakfast is really superb, abundant with sweet and savory items and a wide variety, including homemade cakes of excellent quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room we had was a bit dated and small for a family of four, although it matches the standards of historic hotels in Romagna, so the price we paid feels a bit high.

I really liked the location and the convenience, especially for reaching the sea. The only thing that could use a bit of improvement is the bathroom in the room.

Everything was like home! Eva and the staff are fantastic and available for anything. No complaints.

The owners and staff were very friendly and took every question or request seriously. The hotel sits right on the beach, and the kids loved the play area in the lobby. Breakfast was excellent! The bathrooms, however, feel old and worn out – the shower and toilet are patched, some parts are repainted, and there are loose fittings. I understand this might be the local standard and is reflected in the price‑performance ratio, but a renovation would satisfy younger guests. Cleanliness was also an issue: we found hair and crumbs in the drawers and on the floor.

The location by the sea and the range of services are convenient. As a person with a disability, I found it difficult to reach the entrance because it is only accessible by stairs.
