AC and Wi‑Fi were fine, but everything else was a nightmare. The place feels very disorganized, from the rooms to the staff.

The location was decent, but the room was a disaster. The shower didn’t work and the water was cold, so I couldn’t shower. I called reception in the morning, but no one answered. I found bedbugs on my stuff, and the place was chilly at 8 °C. There was a water leak on the bathroom floor with a sewage smell—couldn’t tell if it was from the toilet or sink. The room was dirty, and the sheets were old and worn.
