The staff were friendly and the suite was beautifully and thoughtfully arranged, but we had booked two suites, one of which had no window and the room was hard to ventilate because the sink contained Styrofoam balls; I immediately threw the balls away in the trash.

This cave hotel is recommended, everything is clean and the price‑quality ratio is unbeatable.

Breakfast was adequate for a Turkish breakfast, but the room wasn’t very clean upon arrival; we stayed four nights and the room was never cleaned, towels weren’t changed and we didn’t get fresh toilet paper. We asked on the first day to book a hot air balloon flight and were given a price, but they insisted we wait until the next day; we didn’t want that day because the weather wouldn’t be good, we wanted two days later and they said no. We tried to book for the day we wanted and they told us to ask again the next day. The next day we reminded them and they quoted more than double the price we had received the first day; they said prices changed and they didn’t bother to help us further. Parking in the area was a bit difficult.

Sleeping in a cave was an incredible experience; it’s definitely an attraction worth doing, but there was no glass door for the bathroom, we didn’t receive large towels, and the jacuzzi jets didn’t smell nice when we turned them on.

The room feels authentically rustic, right inside the famous rock formations of Cappadocia. The terrace breakfast was superb, offering plenty of cheeses, orange jam, and the host kindly brewed Turkish coffee.
