“Schöne Auszeit am Wattenmeer”
The place is lovingly maintained and well equipped, ideal for a two‑day break, with a convenience store and seafood BBQ nearby. Nothing to complain about—everything was great!
We were a group of friends traveling together, so we booked separate rooms at this hotel. The facilities and view are excellent; every room comes with a kitchenette and faces the sea, some have garden access while others boast their own terraces. The property supplies everything needed for a beach day with kids, a coffee machine, cooking appliances, and even a rooftop barbecue. There’s also an outdoor pool that can be heated on demand. Bonus: free washers and dryers are handy for longer stays. The only downside is that staff aren’t on-site after 6‑7 pm, though you can reach them by phone if you can speak Korean.
A charming family pension with attentive, caring hospitality, a peaceful setting overlooking the sea and the beach dune.
The spot with sea views was genuinely lovely, and the garden offered a small pool and grilling spots. The setup feels very basic and the building is old, but for a single night it was acceptable.
The location between sections 2 and 3 of the Dongseo Trail was great and the staff were friendly. The signage was a bit unclear, which caused some confusion. We were five people, so we stayed in two separate accommodations, but they were far apart, which was disappointing.
