I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this place and the staff were super friendly. The location is great, right by the river, and it's clear why this place is so popular in Kerala. However, there were a few things that let it down - the bathroom was missing the basics like soap and shampoo, and the cleaning could be better. Also, you have to order dinner before 5:30 PM, and there's no lunch available, which is a bit of a pain.

The hotel's location was pretty central, but that was about where the positives ended. I had a confirmed booking, but when I arrived, they told me the room wasn't available. They offered me another one, but it was a mess - dirty floors, unwashed dishes in the sink. To make matters worse, I struggled to find anyone to help me with my issues, which was frustrating.

The resort is very close to the river. From the 1st floor balcony, you will get a very nice river view. The cook Jose ettan was very kind & helpful. His cooking is great. Made homely food for us. Overall, I had a nice experience. Value for money
