The room was great, just a short walk from Troyes. The host and her husband were warm and served breakfast at a large table with all guests, sparking lively conversations. It’s a perfect spot for a short stay or a layover.
The small apartment had two newly renovated rooms, ideal for a family night. A compact kitchenette allowed for cooking and self‑supply. Sharing breakfast with other guests is nice, but it depends on who’s there; if you want quiet, you’ll have to accept that.
The private room was comfy and the shared area let me walk to the nearby supermarket and cook some food, saving me money on restaurants. The spot is right on the motorway, perfect for a UK‑to‑South‑France trip. I slept well, parking was secure, and the gate closes at night which is great for cars or motorbikes. The hosts were very friendly and I’d recommend this place if you want an inexpensive, good‑sleep stopover.
