The overall environment, both outside and inside, is well cared for, surrounded by typical vegetation of olive trees, Indian figs, and green lawns around the pool with a jacuzzi. The only drawback might be the somewhat off‑center location in the interior, but it’s offset by a refreshing silence and encourages exploring the many nearby beaches by car.

Mr. Cosimo is a very attentive guest, always present with courtesy and discretion, offering highly appreciated advice on sights to visit and resolving any issue quickly and precisely. The property is excellent, well located, showcasing the beauty of Salento’s interior and is just a 10‑minute drive from Porto Cesareo.

The cleaning was spotless, even the pool area. The place is very comfortable, quiet, well decorated, and the breakfast and pastries are the best. Cosimo, the host, is very friendly. Ideal for a family outing where calm is a priority.

The room and bathroom were very large and comfortable, and the entire property is very clean and well maintained. We received a free room upgrade, and the owner was available for any need. Every day, among the breakfast pastries, knowing our intolerances, they provided lactose‑free pastries and croissants. In short: excellent breakfast, fantastic pool, and the option to dry towels and swimsuits after the sea. The location is very quiet but perfect for reaching the beautiful sea of Puglia and various characteristic towns. Recommended. The only downside was that towel changes were not offered, though we probably wouldn't have requested them.
