I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would definitely give it a 10/10. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful and comfortable room to the cleanliness, location, facilities, and overall atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The service was excellent, and every detail was well taken care of. A wonderful hotel that I highly recommend. 10/10 in every aspect! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Nnnnn̈nnnnn

A hotel that’s truly exceptional! I’ve never seen service of this caliber before. Everything is impeccably maintained, nothing is left to chance, and every detail is designed for our comfort and well‑being. Above all, it’s the friendliness, availability, and small touches from the whole team that made our stay in Nusa Penida genuinely unforgettable. We felt truly privileged and taken care of from start to finish. A huge thank you to everyone for everything you did. You’ve greatly helped make our Nusa Penida trip a beautiful memory we’ll keep for a long time. Thank you a thousand times for everything ❤️ We’ll definitely return with great pleasure! Everything was perfect during my stay.

A welcoming spot right in the middle of nature. The location is quiet and peaceful. The food is good, with portions that aren’t overly large. They also offer games for entertainment. The pool towel was in poor condition, and the restaurant napkins were stained.

The rooms were beautiful, decorated for our wedding celebrations, with a great location and views, tasty breakfasts and coffees, and the staff were lovely. However, there were bugs in the room, including a huge centipede and a snake. The steak wasn’t good, and I felt cold when sleeping, as if it had an outdoorsy vibe.
