Only the location was decent; the room lacked a key, the back of the hotel was rented for a wedding reception with drunk guests making noise late into the night, and they kept pushing the door open; staff seemed indifferent to responsibilities and guest needs, there was no hot water, curtains were translucent, the mattress was dirty, and there were cockroaches, ants, and spiders in the room.

Parking was available, but the room’s roof had holes, the bathroom was broken and leaked, power and water cut out at times, we didn’t have keys, they tried to raise the room rate and we had to complain, they promised breakfast but didn’t provide it, and there was no bell at the entrance.

I was scammed. They never answered my emails; I had to keep calling from outside the venue until they finally told me there was no staff. They left us outside with no apologies or remedy. The place looked dirty even from the outside and they wouldn't let us in. Total scam. We lost time and money; the location is hidden, so no nearby hotels. They didn't even try to apologize or arrange an alternative.

The complimentary breakfast was decent and the room was spacious. However, there was no hot water in the shower, and the shower handles caused electric shocks when I tried to turn on hot water. Unacceptable.
