A nice property in a great location. The staff’s attitude and the food were exceptionally good.
“Home away from home”
If I had to sum it up in one word, it’s exceptional. I loved every single aspect of the property, and the balcony view is superb. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and there was nothing to dislike.
“Disappointing Stay at Soorya holidays, Kodaikanal”
The breakfast was good and the view was okay. However, the bathroom water had a foul smell throughout our stay, and no corrective action was taken despite multiple requests. The advertised air conditioning and Wi‑Fi were missing, and the reception service was pathetic; the lady was downright rude.
The hospitality was outstanding; the owner and every staff member were incredibly kind, and I enjoyed every moment, especially the campfire setup requested on demand and the amazing balcony view. I’d highly recommend it, but remember you’ll need to bring your own vehicle; once you arrive, the experience is excellent.
I appreciate the location and the staff, especially Milan and Dinesh, who are always ready to help with any issue and have a happy, joyful nature. I suggest the owner pays more attention to cleaning the beautiful huts and diversifies the breakfast options.
