The staff were fantastic; when we arrived it was storming and the pool was closed, but the next morning the front‑desk lady opened it early so the kids could swim before we left. Breakfast was good. The bathtub didn’t drain well, and the GFI outlet in the bathroom made a humming noise when the coffee pot was plugged into it.

The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds, and I liked that I didn’t have to order room service—just leave dirty towels and trash in the morning and they’d bring a refresher. Breakfast was pretty basic but got the job done. The staff were nice at check‑in and check‑out, and the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The pool closed too early at 8 pm. There was a small leak from the ceiling in the breakfast area by the coffee bar that would drip on you occasionally when you were throwing away your breakfast trash, and they need a new pad up front so guests don’t cut their fingers when signing at check‑in.

The manager at the front desk was very rude to the night auditor right in front of us customers standing in line. I’m usually greeted by a nice professional male who makes me feel welcomed, so I hope he’s there when I revisit.
