The cleanliness was as expected, the breakfast buffet was extensive, and the garden and terrace were peaceful yet close to the center, though the down-filled blanket was too heavy and warm.

The hotel was very pretty and comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was excellent; everything was perfect, except it was a Monday! We booked while passing through on a Monday evening, not knowing the restaurant was closed, and the front‑desk gentleman suggested a nearby restaurant that turned out to be closed too, like most city restaurants. A big concert ran through most of the night. In short, great hotel, but skip Mondays in this city.

The spot’s location is spot‑on—just a short walk to the city centre but still quiet with a nice park view, and the breakfast was outstanding, especially the hafer dinkel bread, the best I’ve ever had. The shared balcony was a bit of a drawback, but it’s a small issue.
