The place was beautiful, clean, and fresh, with friendly staff and great hospitality. The downside was the loud noises from neighbors flushing or showering, one outlet for the fridge, microwave, and kettle while the others were awkwardly placed, and thin walls that let us hear the neighbors.

The new couch was great and the water stayed hot all the time, but the toilet paper was only single ply and the room was cold because the wall heater takes forever to warm up. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, though many things have improved since my first visit last year.
