We loved the stay and wished we had booked two nights instead of one; the hot springs were exceptional and the rooms were very comfortable, with no complaints.

The outdoor spa area was extraordinary, featuring a variety of onsens, pools, and thermal baths, beautifully arranged and quiet with lovely evening lighting, and the breakfast was plentiful and international, though the room soundproofing could be improved.
