“Habitación muy linda pero no planifican sus remodelaciones en áreas que no tengan huéspedes”
The room was very pretty and the bed was very comfortable. It was so uncomfortable that at 8 am we were woken by very loud hammering; I called reception, Cristian answered, and nothing was done. The sounds grew louder as they started banging; I couldn't even talk on the phone. I called reception again, a lady answered, she heard the loud noise and apologized, saying it wasn't in the building, even though the sound was like they were throwing the room. I paid for a service I didn't receive; you come to a hotel to rest, and that was completely impossible, so I request a refund. At checkout I complained and asked for a refund, but was told to do it directly to Booking, so I am requesting it now. As an additional note, the noise continued until checkout; it never stopped all morning when I planned to sleep and rest, and I left the hotel very sleepless.
