The establishment was spotless.

The room was clean and the property is generally well maintained, but the staff were more than mediocre and incompetent. The first room code I received upon arrival was wrong, and when I asked the front desk for a second access code, the “manager of the establishment” appeared and immediately took on a very haughty attitude toward us. Setting that aside, our conversation with him was interrupted by a verbal altercation between him, an untrustworthy guest, and law‑enforcement officers who intervened outside the hotel. After a tense exchange between the parties involved, the manager gave us a long speech about “fascism and racism present within the ranks of the national police.” Following that incident, after spending a long time with the alleged hotel manager, I finally received a second room code. If you’re looking for competent staff, stay away!

The team’s welcome, especially Samir and Mouss, was outstanding.

Bien pour un passage professionel. Ambiance un peu anxyogene
