I had a great stay here - the breakfast was amazing with tons of options, and the tropical gardens were honestly the biggest and best I've seen in Asia, super well kept too. Huge shoutout to Tony Tong, the Hospitality Manager, who went above and beyond to help us plan excursions and fix a major travel snafu (turns out they only booked one train ticket instead of two!). Everything else was fine, no major complaints.
