“Zero zainteresowania gośćmi”
The location is decent relative to the center and the room interior looks elegant in the photos, but that’s just an illusion. The hallway is very loud, every step is audible. The gaps between the door frame and the closed door are very wide, about 1 cm under the door, so a finger can slip through (see photos). At night a bright glow is visible around the closed doors, produced by light leaking from the illuminated hallway. Noise and light make it hard to fall asleep; it was very cold compared to the weather. The room has no heat source like a radiator, and the window is made of “luksfer” (a glass foam) that conducts a lot of outside temperature (in Poland it’s usually used as a decorative partition inside kitchens or bathrooms). You go to bed in a cold room and wake up in a cold room. The bed’s firmness is close to H2, so it’s uncomfortable (too soft) for people over 80 kg. The bed was made, but when lifting the blanket it turned out that the lower part of the fitted sheet had dirty stains (see photo). The owners do not provide the services that were ordered and paid for. A week before arrival I paid through their system for a large towel (10 zł). The towel was still not delivered, so I had to dry myself in my own clothes (there are no other towels in the building, only paper hand towels). The comment seems unnecessary. The owners do not respond to guest messages at all. Even after 3 days from the visit I received no reply to my messages about the missing towel or the request for a refund of the fee paid for it. The owners are only interested in collecting money for the stay and extra services, but then they don’t care about guests. They don’t respond to messages sent through Booking, and during the accommodation hours (also at night, despite the requirement to pay an additional 30 zł for late check‑in), there is no staff on duty. There is no one to report problems with noisy roommates or the missing towel.

The location is very convenient, almost everything is available, and you can order extra services for an additional fee. I’m completely satisfied and recommend it to others. The only downside is that I couldn’t find shower gel.
Cena oraz lokalizacja. Szybko traficie do centrum z tego lokalu. Ze względu na to, że Kraków jest bardzo popularnym turystycznym miastem , cena jest doskonala. Nie było podstawowych rzeczy takich jak mydło w prysznicu. Jan zostaniecie w hostelu , kupujcie sobie mydło. Ręcznik również nie wchodzi we wspólny koszt , ale można go kupić odzielnie na recepcji
“Це досвід який я витримала як випробування”
I only liked the fact that it existed. It’s the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Not only was I a lone woman in a room with six men, but there was literally no soap to wash with, and there wasn’t even a place to buy it. I had to wash with plain water from the road because there was no soap near the hostel either. At 22:00 you can’t find soap in Poland! Always bring your own soap.

Lokalizacja ok. Hostel jest brudny i śmierdzi, do tego klejąca podłoga w kuchni i syf w łazienkach. Pościel ok ale już poduszka po prostu śmierdziała i nie bylo możliwości wymiany bo nie bylo nikogo w recepcji wieczorem. Przyjechalem wieczorem ok 21 i od tego czasu do 9.30 w wielu miejscach było brudno, hol pokoje, kuchnia. W pokojach wieloosobowych mieszkają obcokrajowcy pracujący w krakowie jako dostawcy jedzenia w pokojach pełmo starych butów i ciuchów wiec jest smród a spanie przy otwartych oknach w jesień odpada. Łazienki brudne i poniszczone brak uchwytów na słuchawkę czy haczyków na ubrania. Zdjęcia w ogłoszeniu są chyba z przed 10 lat. W regulaminie same kary i obostrzenia o godzinach opuszczenia hostelu a rano nikogo nie bylo zeby sie wymeldować. Caly czas pełne kosze ze śmieciami, i uszkodzony sprzęt w kuchni, w lazienkach popękane i już brudne zlewy a do tego ubrania i byly tam wieczorem i rano. Klejąca podloga nie robi sie w sekundę. Jeśli ktoś musi tu spać to pewnie przeżyje jeden z gorszych noclegów podczas tripów. Dużo podróżuję i był to swiadomie najgorszy pobyt względem jakości noclegu 1/10. Byl dach i smierdzące miejsce
