The location was good, but the hotel was old; room 114 was on an exterior level with a stairwell that was hard to reach, the room was not cleaned during my stay—trash was not taken out, the bed was not made, the shower gel was missing, and I found two bottles upon arrival, one already half‑used 😗.

The hotel had a vintage feel, was run like a family business, had parking, and was close to the canal and the small tourist cruises on the central canal with lock passage and a good guide; the menu was good but the selection was limited and did not match the site—three starters, three main courses, and three desserts; prices were reasonable and the staff were smiling.
