The front desk and restaurant staff handled everything efficiently, leaving a good impression. I wish there had been a shuttle service to Byōdōzan.

The staff were helpful. They found a guidebook for the Setagawa area, brought it to my room, and I’m grateful for their sincerity. The open-air bath didn’t offer a good view of Lake Biwa.
