The staff were incredibly kind, even giving a small farewell gift that really touched me, thank you. My room was attractive and functional, the pool was a good size and I managed to use it, and the rooftop was nice as well. However, I could never sleep more than five hours a night because the soundproofing was terrible and I heard everything, waking up at 5:40 am and again at 6 am during the three nights I stayed, leaving me exhausted. Large groups constantly came and went, making the place feel a bit like a factory.

We received a fantastic welcome from Fu, who explained everything, offered drinks and cookies, and helped us book activities for our stay. The room felt almost like my old apartment and was very clean! They prepared a small picnic for our morning excursion—what a thoughtful touch. The staff were very kind and attentive. We had a minor issue with the room, but the response was incredibly good. The buffet breakfast is very complete and varied, and the location is quite good. Absolutely recommend. As constructive feedback, give maintenance one more point.
