Cleanliness, impeccable everything, the housekeeping cleans a couple of times a day. The location is excellent right in the center. Nothing else.

The location and the fact that we were moved twice, if not that, nothing. The bad treatment and exactly that. The room was very dirty, shameful sheets and pillows, which I actually bought and their covers too. The bathroom had torn towels and was full of hair and dust and no paper. And more things I don’t want to say but it seems embarrassing that Booking allows renting unlicensed apartments, that’s what put it on the portal because the neighbors didn’t approve. I also say that wasn’t what I expected because they relocated me, but that was what I lived. A disaster.

The location is superb, the reception staff were very kind and explained everything correctly, and the room matched our expectations at a very good price; we’ll definitely come back.
The price is very good and the address is perfect. You have a lot of things around. The place isn’t super clean. The bed sheets were not clean and the pillows were super uncomfortable. The staff weren’t as welcoming but that’s okay. The bathroom’s shower was broken, but we could still take a shower.
The staff were friendly and always on hand, and everything was spotlessly clean, but the room was noisy—everything could be heard inside.
