The accommodation is very comfortable and the location is ideal for visiting Europa Park and Rulantica, plus there’s free coffee and tea in the common room. The check‑in and check‑out were a bit confusing because there were no instructions, so having something written down would help. Also the shower soap came in sachets and wasn’t enough, even though they were restocked daily; a dispenser like the hand soap would be better.

The room was spacious, the host’s service was excellent, the location was great, and it was very clean—perfect for a family trip.
