I only stayed one night, so the late check‑in at 4 pm was a bit inconvenient. I also discovered a €25 cleaning fee that only showed up on the payment page, which pushed my room price up to €75. When I searched for hotels, there were cheaper options. The hotel is a bit out of the city center—about 10 minutes by train and another ten minutes on foot—and the surrounding area is just a suburb with nothing to see.

当日の対応. 料金面の記載の仕方。 サイトの問題かもしれないが清掃料込みの金額で提示して欲しかった。 今回宿泊した金額なら他の所も候補に上がってた。 1人で宿泊する場所ではなかった。

The location is great, just a short walk from the subway that takes you straight to Kyoto’s center. The room was very clean, and the host was very friendly. The price is reasonable for the spot.

Nothing good to say. The room was filthy—dust, stains on the sheets, and even a pot in the kitchen that had the same liquid left in it for four nights.
