The hosts responded immediately and the check‑in was straightforward. The room is newer, well equipped, and has a terrace that guests can use to relax. The bathroom is spacious, and the windows have nets against mosquitoes, which is handy in the summer months.

I booked Staulir affittacamere as my launchpad for exploring Friuli, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The place sits just above Meduno and offers a stunning view that stretches from the mountains to the plain. It’s immaculate, well‑kept, and comes with a handful of thoughtful touches that really matter—fridge, coffee machine, corkscrew in the room, plus a table and a lounge chair outside for each room. Mrs. Gianna welcomed us with simple, absolute kindness and offered breakfast for an extra fee; it’s always delicious, varied, and largely “homemade,” and we ate it on the terrace with a wonderful view—an unbeatable way to start the day!
